- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Level II EQ Only: At least 2 years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator experience
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year of acute care experience preferred; certification in a specialized practice area is a plus
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Registered Nurse license in Arizona, CPR certification, ACLS where applicable
- REQUIRED COURSE(S) TRAINING: Advanced Fetal Monitoring for L&D, or must obtain within 6 months of hire

RN New Grad Obstetrics FT Nights Position Summary
Delivers professional nursing care within a designated unit, coordinating care plans with other disciplines. Provides personalized, age-specific bedside nursing care based on patient needs and the nursing process. Assumes a supervisory role by assessing, planning, delegating, and using independent judgement to direct healthcare staff in delivering patient care. Continuously evaluates nursing practice effectiveness to achieve patient goals and actively participates in hourly rounding. Ensures adherence to safety protocols and safe work practices, occasionally taking charge of shifts and overseeing other healthcare team members.
