- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, or registration eligible (must obtain within 6 months).
- REQUIRED COURSE(S) TRAINING: A valid Maricopa County Food Handler Care or a food handler card/certificate from an ANSI-accredited program in Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.

Dietitian Per Diem Days Position Summary
Deliver clinical nutrition services to patients through Food Service. Supervise physician-prescribed diets and offer nutritional education. Manage diet office activities and utilize patient information for evaluating nutritional needs.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Effective communication and exceptional customer service abilities.
THE DIETITIAN PER DIEM DAYS CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
