In this role, you work with our community leadership team to deliver the Morning Pointe Experience to prospective residents and their families.

A natural ambassador of Morning Pointe Senior Living.
Here are some of the responsibilities and duties of this role:
~Conducts tours and makes calls out to prospects.
~ Demonstrates knowledge of sales strategy, process and implementation.
~ Participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up.
~ Facilitates and coordinates move in paperwork and transition of new residents.
~ Maintains departmental administrative duties.
~ Assists with the completion of recurring department reports.
~ Attends required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
~ Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices, and by practicing proper infection control measures.
~ Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
~ Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morning Pointe Senior Living.
~ Partners with professional referral partners to gain prospective referrals.
~ Responsible for meeting move-in goals monthly and meeting KPI expectations.
