As a Sales Executive in our CBS Division, you seek out & sign up new clients, and then manage the projects.
You run the full cycle from lead generation to close, and manage the work using our network of independent contractors.
Our teamwork oriented and highly successful operations team offers over TWENTY facility services.Essential Functions
Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients
Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals and make presentations
Win new clients by overcoming objections, and preparing appealing proposals
Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, win business
Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information
Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Project management
Communication, Oral & Written - ability to communicate effectively and concisely
Relationship Building - potential clients buy from people they like, and who are knowledgeable and fair
