    What You'll Do:


    As an Associate Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Retention Marketing Manager, playing a pivotal role in bringing our mission to life by directly impacting the lives of our travel healthcare professionals and corporate team members.

    You'll drive revenue through targeted marketing strategies by crafting and executing effective email and SMS marketing campaigns aimed at both prospective and current travel healthcare professionals.

    Additionally, you'll be responsible for driving clarity among corporate employees related to key company announcements.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business admin, or psychology

    Experience:

    • 2 to 3 years of marketing experience
    • 2 to 3 years of email and SMS (text message) channel experience
    • Preferred experience collaborating and communicating with sales teams, leadership teams, and C-suite.

    • Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
    • Flexibility to handle both strategic and tactical projects.
    • Effective cross-functional collaboration.
    • Maintaining an opportunity mindset.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

    Key Performance Indicators :

    • Marketing channel revenue (specifically email and SMS)
    • Lead generation and candidate activation rates
    • Net promoter scores from healthcare professionals
    • Quarterly engagement scores from corporate employees
