About the job


VSSL is looking for a full-time marketing operations manager, with a strong technical aptitude, who can help us crush our clients' marketing initiatives.

You will manage and configure marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Zoho.

You will create new processes using automation tools and ensure systems are operating as expected (which may involve troubleshooting system errors).

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Own all aspects of clients' CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot various technical integrations, mainly with relation to HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Design marketing/sales platforms to support account based marketing (ABM) programs
  • Audit, configure, maintain, and optimize processes within various databases and systems for performance
  • Manage automation and reporting aspects of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms
  • Promote marketing and sales alignment with CRM pipelines
  • Configure and manage contact database and leads lists for targeting and accuracy
  • Find and build lists of contacts and accounts from business intelligence platforms and social media
  • Set up and launch nurture campaigns and various gated content programs
  • Collaborate across departments and with client inhouse teams to execute campaigns, provide recommendations, and highlight project successes
  • Track metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare endofmonth reporting for various team requirements
  • Assist in investigating and measuring effectiveness of new and different tools and platforms
  • Assist in maintaining and building relationships with both our clients and business partners

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, including project and/or campaign management
  • Experience across the suite of HubSpot's marketing and sales hubs, and Salesforce sales and marketing products a must
  • Knowledge of digital ad operations; handson experience a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing media options, trends, and best practices
  • Must have expert level organization and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and a mind for analytics
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Passion, creativity and a sense of humor is a must

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Technical project management skills

SALARY


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,425 to $95,680.
