JOB SUMMARY


As a Digital Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand's online presence and driving sales through effective marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will span across various digital channels, and you will collaborate with other professionals to create compelling content.


Annual Salary:
$99,330 - $141,900


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and execution of content marketing activities across multiple websites, including:
  • Organic social media
  • Landing page copy writing
  • Video content production
  • Downloadable content
  • Blog content
  • Effectively manage content calendar by setting proper expectations and managing direct reports and/or contractors to deliver compelling content on time for business needs
  • Owning the "voice" of each brand through compelling content creation that is inline with the tone of each website (Lofta, ApriaHome, Byram Maternity)
  • Performance measurement and optimization
  • Manage performance reporting and performance improvement of each content program
  • Creative growth strategies through content creation, distribution, or multibrand partnerships
  • Thought leadership and testing of new platforms or communication media

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business management, or related fields
  • Demonstrated eye for design / production in video or photographic assets
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
