We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing endeavors for LVIN. We are a travel company, focused on making group travel easy.As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for every all our marketing campaigns, from ideation to reporting. Your role will include involvement across the entire campaign lifecycle, including research, strategizing, execution, and analysis.
Collaborating closely with our internal teams - Design, Social, Sales, Operations and Customer Service - as well as external partners, you will ensure execution of all marketing projects and initiatives.
Your presence will be key at some of our LVIN trips, which take place in Cabo San Lucas, Las Vegas, Rosarito Beach, and other cities around North America.
In this multifaceted role, you will need to possess a good understanding of various marketing activities and functions, enabling you to adapt as needed and drive initiatives forward.
We are looking for someone who has passion in travel, and excited to take our brand and company to new levels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional collateral.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Foster strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify brand visibility.

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Event Weekends per year)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Diego, CA for inperson meetings at least once per year
- Travel for work trips to Cabo San Lucas, Las Vegas, Rosarito Beach
Experience:
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

$50, $80,000.00 per year
