    Join Our Team:

    Verona Pharma is seeking a driven Respiratory Sales Specialist to be part of our dynamic team in Denver. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives within your assigned territory. Building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and stakeholders will be at the core of your responsibilities, ensuring effective collaboration across departments and achieving sales targets.

    Your Role and Responsibilities:
    • Represent Verona's products professionally and achieve sales targets in your geographic area.
    • Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals beyond physicians, including office staff and nurses.
    • Utilize market knowledge to tailor interactions with customers and support patient access programs.
    • Collaborate with key opinion leaders and execute speaker programs.
    • Document interactions in CRM tools and leverage technology to enhance productivity.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and share best practices.
    • Adapt sales presentations based on customer location and utilize data for decision-making.
    • Travel extensively depending on your location.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
    • Specialty pharmacy or HUB experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales goals.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    • High level of integrity and compliance with commercial policies and regulations.
    • Ability to meet healthcare facility requirements for access.
    • Willingness to travel up to 80-90%.
