    Description

    Centiment is a survey software startup that connects researchers to targeted audiences of survey respondents. A few of our clients include Lyft, BMW, Harvard, Stanford, Amazon, Capital One, Instacart, Sofi, and the Smithsonian.

    We're a young and very dedicated team of 18 employees. We're a fast-growing startup that produced $4.4 million in sales in 2023.

    We are looking for a strongly driven individual to fill a 9th position within our growing Sales / Project Manager team. This is a demanding role. You will be the go-to problem-solver and cultivator of professional relationships with several researchers from top-tier institutions.

    The responsibilities are ever-changing but will include: assessing survey targeting feasibility, project pricing, survey design analysis and data collection setup, field management, and quality assurance.

    While the core role is assisting customers through their data collection lifecycle, as with many startups, wearing many hats is expected.

    Responsibilities

    • Foster and expand Centiment's relationships with existing clients
    • Become the point person for new prospective customers. Manage and follow up on inbound survey requests. This includes understanding the end goal of each study and guiding the potential client through the combination of survey targeting and survey design that will yield the best outcome.
    • Assist with data collection setup, which requires detailed knowledge of all major survey tools (prior knowledge not expected), including SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Alchemer, as well as Centiment's own survey tool.

    Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree
    • Ability to think creatively, question, and refine Centiment's processes in order to help steer the company's future growth.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must to effectively manage multiple client engagements at a time.
    • Strong drive to take on new and foreign tasks and learn the intricacies of a new role. While helpful, we do not necessarily expect you to have prior survey software experience.
