Managing risk and earning trust is very complex and required at each moment of the guest and host journey.

In this role you'll get to:
Manage large, multi-year program executions with complex dependencies across multiple teamsOwn coordination, timeline planning, cross-functional meetings and follow-ups to ensure successful delivery of a complex execution spaceDesign framework & processes to facilitate cross team collaborationProvide support across multiple projects to ensure high-quality releasesWork to quickly become well-versed in the engineering teams product/domain spaceProvide input on requirements from the perspective of an end-userProduce qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholdersCoordinate and collaborate with 3rd party vendors and operational counterpartsWork closely & effectively with team members and key projects stakeholders, including research, design, product management, and engineeringEffectively manage schedule to regularly attend meetings and deliver on accountable work About you: You are dynamic and very adaptable to a fast-paced changing environmentYou are able to balance multiple conflicting priorities and negotiate trade-offsYou are analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to multitaskYou are able to explain complex concepts both verbally and via written communications, including technical conceptsYou are flexible and adaptable to changeYou have excellent interpersonal skills (influence, empathy, clarity in communication)

You are focused on learning, growing and developing new skill-sets We are looking for people who have: 4+ years experience being a Project and/or Program Manager; driving/leading medium to large cross-functional efforts; (driving execution, creating strategic plans and communicating with business stakeholders)[Nice to have] Experience working in start-up or fast paced, do-it-yourself environment[Nice to have] Some experience in Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity or Financial FraudProficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc)

Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development a plusFamiliarity with the Identity, Safety and Fraud Management methodologies a plus location:
SAN FRANCISCO, California job type: Contract salary: $ per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Requirements: * 5+ years in a data analyst or similar role * High proficiency in Advanced SQL and Airflow for developing queries and data pipelines * Working knowledge and understanding of Experiments, Causation & Correlation, and Statistical models (eg. regression, Chi-square etc.) * Experience with Superset, Tableau, or similar BI platform to develop reports and dashboards * Ability to work independently with stakeholders, write requirements, and solve analytical problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments * Able to serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions, insights to actions, that fulfill both strategic and operational needs * Able to team effectively with others and build relationships at all levels, both within the team and with stakeholders

Highly Preferred:

Experience with Trust & Safety domain, ML models, and metrics
Experience with Big Data/Analytics platforms/languages like Hive, Python, R is a big plusqualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experienceEducation: Bachelors skills: Program Management (4 years of experience is required)
