    BNBuilders is currently looking for a qualified Marketing Communication's Manager.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Develop and implement companywide, regional, and local marketing communications strategies in coordination with the broader marketing team, leadership, and key staff.

    Generate compelling marketing content highlighting company and project activities, events, staff, achievements, initiatives, and culture.
    Write, edit, and distribute press releases.
    Manage and expand relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

    Work with project teams to identify notable activities and milestones and generate marketing content for distribution on various internal and external platforms.

    Coordinate with company departments to generate and distribute internal communications.
    Engage industry organizations to identify opportunities for BNB team member participation in presentations, panels, and other events. Develop marketing content to support these efforts.

    Work with BNB team members to generate 'thought-leader' content for distribution via industry organizations, trade publications, and other media including writing articles and securing speaking roles.

    Oversee content development and updates to all social media channels.
    Manage creation and distribution of quarterly internal email newsletter.
    Facilitate regular employee profiles for internal distribution and social media.
    Prepare marketing strategies alongside marketing team, company executives, and staff.
    Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing communication strategies based on analysis and feedback.
    Ensure brand messages are consistent in coordination with marketing team.
    Distribute key new hire information to trade publications and regional business journals
    Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.

    Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications
    Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
    Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing communications strategies
    Knowledge of the AEC industry

    (preferred)
    Strong writing and editorial skills
    Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with the media
    Experience with relevant software applications including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
    Needs to demonstrate the following competencies:
