    Overview

    Seeking experienced property managers for new properties

    Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment, and management firm focusing on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its establishment in 1993, SRG has developed and acquired over $7 billion in commercial and residential assets. The firm manages a portfolio of around 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 30,000 apartment units.

    OPPORTUNITY: COMMUNITY MANAGER - SEATTLE, WA

    DAYS REQUIRED: MONDAY - FRIDAY

    Sares Regis Group is looking for experienced Community Managers in Seattle for 300+ units.

    SUMMARY
    This individual oversees the property's supervision and performance. Some additional duties and responsibilities include:

    - Responsible for hiring, training, and developing a competent team
    - Manages daily operations, including rent reviews, income optimization, rent collections, resident insurance compliance, and more
    - Reviews monthly performance, completes variance reports, and initiates budgets and forecasts
    - Identifies market challenges, educates staff about competitors, and devises effective marketing plans
    - Ensures recurring contract work is bid out for quality and best price, and monitors contractor performance
    - Implements safety procedures, educates the team on safety precautions, and identifies repair or capital project needs
    - Follows company policies, property manuals, and governing documents

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Must have strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
    - Should have 2 years of experience as a Community Manager of 300+ units
    - Should possess excellent sales skills
    - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, write reports, and calculate figures
    - Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardization
    - Proficiency in operations software, Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word

    Salary range TBD. The package includes competitive compensation, 401(K) match, incentives, bonuses, and benefits for full-time employees working 30-40 hours a week. Sick time accrual is according to the law.
