    The Sr Product Manager of Customer Data is at the nexus of data strategy and customer satisfaction, tasked with harnessing the power of data to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.

    This dynamic role requires a visionary leader with a robust analytical skill set to understand and anticipate customer needs, spearheading the development of data-driven products that resonate with users and support the company's growth objectives.

    As the champion of the customer data product line, this individual will lead cross-functional teams, articulating product strategy and driving the roadmap to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed market demands.

    Whether it's through managing the lifecycle of data products, analyzing market trends, or collaborating with stakeholders, the Sr Product Manager of Customer Data is the architect of the product's success in a data-centric business landscape.

    We are seeking a Sr Product Manager, Customer Data Products to support strategy and execution for McDonald's customer data solutions across our global markets.


    Strategic Development:

    Product Management:

    Manage the translation and QA testing of data warehouse software and align with customer needs by managing a portfolio of custom datasets.

    Oversee the data flow within the product management process, ensuring that the data meet the product's features and functionality requirements.


    Data Analysis:

    Analyze data statistics by conducting surveys and reviewing reports, adjusting business plans according to the results to meet organizational goals.

    Bachelor's Degree (MBA or technical degree in Computer Science a plus)


    • Experience in product management or related fields like Engineering, Marketing, or Data Science
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools
    • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
    • Demonstrable soft skills such as communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
    • Experience in managing product lifecycles and developing product strategies
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
    • Capacity to perform competitive analysis and market research
    • Proficiency in using metrics and data visualization to inform decisions
    • Aptitude for working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, sales, and legal
