We are looking for an entry level construction project coordinator who will be involved in multiple aspects of on-site construction and record keeping.
This is an entry-level position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with the project team, managing construction documents, and completing on-site record keeping.
This position will require you to work in person on a construction job site in the City of Milwaukee 5 days per week (Monday- Friday) from 7 AM - 4 PM.
The ideal candidate will be able to travel to our office in Union Grove, WI 2-4 times per month or as needed (accommodations will be determined based on individual).
Qualifications:
Residency:
Current City of Milwaukee resident
Primary Software Used:
PlanGrid, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
General:
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills required. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
