    This is a remote role, but we are ideally looking for candidates that are located in or willing to do occasional travel toIllinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Indiana

    The role of the Client Project Coordinator/Analyst is to manage the full implementation projects, activities and tasks of onboarding Modernizing Medicine PM/EMR, deliver successful schedule resourcing for implementation, training, and optimization. This role Is also responsible for supporting the end users with escalated issues and build out needs.

    Pay Range: $45-75/hr

    In this role, you will:

    • Own all aspects of project creation and administration within the client practices.
    • Manage internal resources during the implementation cycle.
    • Create, project plans, and related documentation to ensure a high level of success during the implementation and onboarding process.
    • Provide regular internal communications regarding the resource availability to help the team ensure the project goals are met by developing detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, and status reports while advising and solutioning any resource constraints.
    • Own the build out tasks to ensure the product or service is functioning as intended and adding expected value.
    • Use independent thinking on project deliverables ensuring the project and timelines avoid escalations and delays
    • Provide responsive support to our executive team.
    • Manage and onboard all new markets and practices and overseeing any necessary training ensuring transition success.
    • Ownership of all initial project kick off responsibilities and key stakeholder through Go-Live.
