Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting and auditing functions. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, internal controls, and audits.

Responsibilities:

Manage the financial reporting process and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Manage the external audit process and liaise with external auditors
Conduct internal audits and reviews of financial reporting and internal controls
Provide accounting guidance to other departments and ensure accuracy of financial data
Manage a team of accounting professionals and provide leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the accounting and finance functions
Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare reports for management
