**Job Summary
**Embark on a dynamic career as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at CoreView. As a TAM, you'll be a crucial force in reshaping how IT teams manage their Microsoft 365 stack. Your role involves fostering robust technical relationships with pre-assigned accounts and collaborating closely with customer stakeholders to develop engaging proposals and high-level designs that align with their unique business and technical requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Own overall technical relationship with preassigned accounts
  • Develop proposals and highlevel designs with input from your customer's stakeholders.
  • Identify customer business and technical requirements for implementing the offered solutions.
  • Participate in all internal sales meetings as the technical representative.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for all professional services activity
  • Participate in validating the strategy for responding to RFPs.
  • Be autonomous in implementing the platform's features both during the presales PoC sessions and in the onboarding process of the customer following the purchase of the product by the customer.
  • Report regularly to management on time spent, revenue, billable activities, and services.
  • Track opportunities being worked on and services associated with the efforts of the additional teammates.
  • Manage technical conversations with the customer to develop potential sales opportunities for addons or professional services.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with onpremises environments implemented through different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity
  • Strong functional understanding of Automation & Orchestration technologies
  • Wide technology background with emphasis on data center technologies and familiarity with cloud hyperscalers
  • Ability to dissect complex business and technical challenges and develop solutions proposals.
  • Relevant degree or work experience
  • Strong communication skills, including room presence and peer leadership.
  • Nice to have: French and/or German.
