    Focus on the development of new business while expanding existing business through assigned holding companies/regional agencies and clients for Ampersand.

    Core responsibility includes leveraging data to inform client activation across Ampersand's Local Multi-Screen capabilities.

    Work closely with Account Executives in Chicago, along with holding-company counterparts in our regional offices, to present a unified solution to helping clients target their audience in a more strategic cross-platform tv execution.

    Be an expert on the portfolio of Ampersand solutions (Local, Data Driven Linear, Addressable TV and Streaming TV).
    Provide data-driven advertising solutions to key agency/client contacts to grow and develop revenue opportunities
    Articulate client needs and expectations to team members when structuring client projects/plans/RFP's
    Manage full sales cycle across organization to achieve campaign success
    Work closely with the Data Research team to effectively deliver measurement studies that meet the clients' expectations
    Bachelor's Degree required
    3+ years media sales experience
    Relationships across local investment and planning teams at agencies throughout Chicago and the surrounding areas.
    Ability to succeed in fast paced and challenging media sales environment
    Executive presence
    Must be creative and resourceful
    Management, Sales, Executive Presence, Operations trainings; Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
