**Logistics Support Specialist**
at Fetch Package Seattle, Washington, United States Were hiring a **Logistics Support** **Specialist**. As the Logistics Support Specialist, you will report to the On-site Experience Supervisor and work closely with various teams at one of our package facilities to ensure resident impacting issues are resolved. In this role, you will have the chance to create meaningful change in the lives of the residents we serve by providing positive in-person interactions. Additionally, you will be the main point of communication between the virtual customer support team and the operations teams at Fetch. The Logistics Support Specialist will be a specialized team branching from the customer support team. Our Customer support team operates remotely and will work closely with the on-site support team to resolve any resident inquiries, investigations, and action items that are needed to be conducted by the facility. The objective of this role will be to help our virtual support team better resolve resident inquiries through having onsite support at the facility, as well as to provide an excellent in-person experience to any residents who walk in for package pick-ups or other needs. * Provide an excellent in-person customer experience towards all residents that come in for assistance or for package pick-ups.
Assist with, investigate, and complete all package investigations submitted by the Customer Support team at your facility and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
Follow through on any action items that the Customer Support team requests for residents, such as linking unclaimed packages to residents accounts, checking and verifying shipping labels, and confirming any package details.
Relay operational issues with local warehouse teams, operations managers and customer support team
Respond to resident inquiries on ZenDesk via phone, e-mail, text, and live chat.
Look for patterns in customer communications to create actionable feedback and enhance processes for the company as a whole.
May work in a warehouse environment and exposed to natural weather conditions
Regularly lift and move parcels that weigh from a range of 10 to 150 pounds
Crouch, kneel and stand regularly throughout shifts
