Job Description

LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in the real estate space who is looking to bring a Finance Coordinator on board on a Contract to Hire basis. This will require some in-office work in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and an innate desire to continue growing their skillset

Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliations

Assist with financial statement preparation

Prepare and post journal entries

Record daily bank receipts

Assist with managing high volume AP invoices

Assist with ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables & v-lookups

Experience with large ERP system preferred

1+ years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation: $28 - $35/hr, depending on experience.
