About the Role:
The Wonder Project is seeking a strategic partnerships leader to lead strategy, deal negotiation/closing and partner relations with key partners.
The purpose of these partnerships is to build audience, drive engagement and create new revenue streams for The Wonder Project's original feature films and TV series for the faith and values audience.
Day to Day:
Work with the President & COO and VP of Marketing to create a partnerships strategy that supports our marketing and revenue strategy and ensure roll-out is aligned with company goals and priorities (Marketing, PR, Studio, Business Affairs, Finance, etc).
Create a strategic roadmap with detailed, well-researched scope, projections and partnership models that drive decisions ensuring that The Wonder Project develops the appropriate partnerships to reach and deeply engage new audiences.
Expand the trusted relationships of The Wonder Project's leadership and creators with faith community leadership, including churches, ministries, universities and faith-driven organizations and media (both nonprofit and for profit).
Implement scalable partnership programs that generate deep audience engagement.Own partnership relationships and innovate new partnership models to amplify success, uncover new opportunities and build trust and impact within the community.
What you bring to the table:7+ years of structuring, closing, implementing and optimizing impactful strategic partnerships that build audience engagement and develop new revenue streamsRelevant strategic partnerships leadership experience at a similar scope and scale company.
Demonstrated understanding of the entertainment ecosystem, including content production and distribution.
Respect and understanding of the The Wonder Project audience.
Outstanding presence and communication skills with The Wonder Project executive teams, all levels of employees and senior leadership in the faith industry.
Prefer if the candidate has trusted relationships within faith community leadership, including churches, ministries, universities, faith-driven organizations and media.An effective manager with an understanding of organizations and a history of generating positive, productive work environments.
Impeccable personal and business ethics.
Salary & Benefits
Salary + Bonus Range:
$150,000-$200,000
Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
