ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space.

Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers.

We have 50+ team members spread across the US, UK, Canada, India and Australia. 30+ members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.


What You'll Do:

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will help develop and execute our partnership strategy.

This includes identifying and building relationships with our enterprise-level partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our reach in the e-commerce ecosystem and ensuring our partners' success.


Your Impact:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for revenue growth in the ecommerce space
  • Identify and onboard new enterpriselevel partners aligned with strategic goals
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on comarketing initiatives and joint sales strategies
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with terms aligning with company objectives
  • Provide ongoing support, including training and sales enablement, and resolve partner issues
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance to identify areas of success and/or improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate collaboration
  • Use current market trends and dynamics to drive strategic decisionmaking
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events, contributing to brand awareness and lead generation

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful enterprise partnership strategies with 5+ years of experience in SAAS or e-commerce

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Skills: You have exceptional negotiation skills, a knack for building strong relationships, and the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and you lean on data to help drive decisions.

Attitude: You're adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You approach challenges with a positive attitude and take initiative to find solutions.

Travel: Must be willing to travel and attend company events as needed
