    Description

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Labor Relations Manager for a large company located in Seattle, WA. This person will oversee the labor relations strategy, workforce planning and projects to include managing collective bargaining and ensuring compliance.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Oversee Labor Relations activities and ensure company is in compliance
    • Manage collective bargaining agreements and negotiations
    • Manage all grievances and oversee processes
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and work with managers to resolve labor relations issues
    • Provide guidance to managers to ensure proper coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions are taking place
    • Partner closely with HR team on organization development, staffing and training optimization
    • Build strong relationships with both employees and business leaders across the organization

    Qualifications needed:

    • 5+ years of high performing Human Resources experience with expertise in Labor Relations
    • 2+ years of dedicated Labor Relations working with unionized workforce
    • Ability to partner with cross functional teams to deliver effective solutions
    • Experience developing and managing programs and policies
    • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
    • Experience working in ADP a plus
    • Must be willing to travel
