    Conduct routine and complex tests on clinical specimens in the Blood Bank.

    Perform quality control procedures for all tests as dictated by policy and document all results plus follow-up on out of range results.

    This is a Per Diem Blood Bank technologist position covering weekend shifts 8:00am - 7:00pm. Location is our Allen Hospital campus in Upper Manhattan/Inwood.

    Preferred CriteriaASCP certificationMinimum of two years experience as a Laboratory Technologist in Blood Bank Required CriteriaBachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related health science field is requiredNew York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York Education DepartmentJoin a hospital where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
