    Description
    Job Title: Specialty Laboratory Technologist

    Location: New York, NY

    Schedule: 12 am to 8 am

    Pay Rate: $ 50

    Duties:
    • Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Coagulation, and knowledge of Blood Bank.
    • Must be proficient in the performance of manual differentials, cell counts on body fluids, and urine microscopy.
    • Must perform Quality control and maintenance procedures as required.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
    • Knowledge of blood bank procedures, as well as Chemistry, Hematology
    • Proficient in performing manual differentials, and fluid cell count differentials, urine microscopy
    Education:
    • NYS Licensed Medical Technologist
    • BS Degree in Science
    • ASCP preferred


    Certifications & Licenses:
    • ASCP, NCA or MT Certification
