    Description

    Position: Specialty Laboratory Technologist

    Location: New York, NY

    Shift Type: Varied Days and Mid available

    Shift timing: 8AM-4PM, 12AM-8AM or 4PM-12AM

    Duration: 2 Months (With potential for extension)

    Start Date: As Soon As Possible


    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Specialty Laboratory Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct various laboratory tests including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Blood Bank procedures. Proficiency in manual differentials, cell counts on body fluids, urine microscopy, and compliance with quality control and maintenance procedures is crucial. Strong organizational skills and a Bachelor's Degree in Science with NYS Medical Technologist licensure are required. Certification by ASCP, NCA, or MT is a plus.
