    About the Team:


    AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline-focused marketing team encompassing demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events.

    At our core, we're here to support AlphaSense's growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that's widely known to the markets we serve, and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand.


    About the Role:
    AlphaSense is seeking a world-class VP of Marketing Strategy and Operations / Chief of Staff for the CMO.


    What You'll Do:

    • Lead Strategic Projects for the office of the CMO
    • Deliver insights through strategic analysis and research projects
    • Coordinate across the marketing organization to help define processes for common goals
    • Define the cadence of meetings for the Marketing Organization
    • Determine the necessary reporting and analytics for key meetings and deliver not only the analytics for the meeting but the summarized insights
    • Lead key accountability meetings by setting the agenda, delivering reporting, and following up on key action items
    • Own key marketing meeting agendas and lead key discussions (Marketing Leadership Team, Marketing Offsite, and more)
    • Create a performance-driven culture.
    • Work with the CMO to define team OKRs and MBOs.
    • Lead the process to cascade MBOs and OKRs across the organization
    • Develop reporting and analytics to measure the attainment of goals
    • Partner with the People Team to ensure MBOs / OKRs are part of a robust performance review process across the marketing organization
    • Lead the Team that owns Marketing Operations at AlphaSense
    • Work with a robust organization to develop world-class reporting and analytics
    • Own the budget process and be the key liaison between finance and marketing
    • Partner with the Revenue Operations team to create joint data, reporting, and accountability
    • Lead the Team that owns the Marketing Tech stack
    • Lead the team responsible for all marketing tech administrators
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure that all systems integrate with other key systems across the company's IT infrastructure
    • Accountable for the flow of go-to-market processes across systems (including jointly owning lead flow and routing with Revenue Operations)

    Base Compensation Range*:
    $190,000 - $220,000

    Additional Components:
    You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.


    • For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
