Your responsibilities:

  • Creation of domestic and ocean freight quotations for our customers and agents, as well as followup
  • Independent and efficient consultation of existing customers, expanding business
  • Coordination of customer orders until shipment
  • Examination of incoming documents
  • Liaison between clients and our other departments
  • Rate management, continuous updates, market analysis including reporting
  • Occasional field visits with sales team

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed education in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
  • Independent and structured work style
  • High level of customer service orientation
  • Customeroriented, good communication skills, and proactive work style
  • Organizational talent and ability to handle stress
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Team spirit and flexibility
