What to expect:


  • As a Fiber Route Planner, you will drive the expansion of Vodafone's fiber network in the Giga network.
  • You will be responsible for implementing new construction, renovation, or dismantling projects.
  • You will independently create the specific fiber routes for projects and connections in Vodafone's fiber network.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the documentation of fiber routes and providing the necessary splicing plans just in time for projects.

What sets you apart:


  • A completed university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years), ideally in the telecommunications industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the field of telecommunications technology, as well as good knowledge of fiber planning and documentation
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, as well as planning, organizational, and decisionmaking skills
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing (C1 according to GER)
This position can be filled as a full-time or part-time role (minimum 30 hours per week).
