Approximately 12,000 patients are treated inpatient and 21,500 outpatient annually. More than 1,000 children are born each year in our maternity ward.

Employee in the Station Secretariat (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities

As part of patient treatment, among others:

  • Supporting bed occupancy on the wards
  • Creating patient records
  • Preparing ward rounds
  • Issuing prescriptions and medical aids

Administrative tasks, such as:

  • Filing patient records
  • Placing orders for office supplies
  • Handling telephone inquiries

Tasks related to discharge management:

  • Contacting postcare facilities
  • Organizing transportation

Your profile

  • Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d), or other medical profession
