Your Job:
- processing business transactions using SAP R/3 FI and Drive IT
- independent classification of assets and posting of related transactions, including the settlement of assets under construction and inventory obligations
- preparation of financial statements, including reporting requirements for fixed assets, conducting and reconciling investment settlement accounts, depreciation and special items
- approval of creditor invoices, recurring entries, and travel expense reports (review and authorization)
- in case of absence: accounts payable, travel expense reports and advances
Your Profile:
- commercial education with work experience, further training as a fixed asset accountant or certified accountant (IHK), university degree with a focus on finance
- knowledge of SAP modules FI (financial accounting) and FI-AA (fixed asset accounting) as well as reporting
- solid and practical knowledge of fixed assets, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, including the closing processes and the relationships between general and sub-ledger
- proficient use of common MS Office programs (especially Excel)
