- gradita precedente esperienza, anche se breve, in contesti amministrativi
- formazione tecnico-amministrativa, con buona conoscenza dei più comuni gestionali ERP (SAP)
- interesse e predisposizione all'uso di sistemi informatici (Microsoft suite, etc.);
- capacità di messa a terra delle priorità e di organizzazione efficiente delle attività assegnate, anche se di diversa natura;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ed eccellente padronanza della lingua italiana
- Supporto operativo connesso alla gestione clienti in ottica CRM: assistenza nei servizi di pre- e post- vendita quali, a titolo esemplificativo, l'inserimento delle condizioni di vendita nel gestionale; la predisposizione di comunicazioni di prodotto, l'analisi e presa in carico delle richieste di assistenza;
- In ottica di soddisfazione del cliente, la/il tirocinante fornirà supporto nell'identificazione e monitoraggio periodico delle statistiche legate alle aree di miglioramento del servizio per proporre piani di comunicazione e valorizzazione dei prodotti e servizi della compagnia;
- Sarà coinvolta/o nei flussi di ticket management per contribuire alla gestione di partner commerciali e clienti;
- Contribuirà alla realizzazione di progetti di ottimizzazione ed evoluzione dei sistemi e dei processi;
- Collaborerà inoltre alla corretta applicazione delle procedure previste e alla gestione delle relazioni con altre funzioni interne (commerciali, produzione, amministrazione, assistenza tecnica), nonché con fornitori esterni (società di stock management e trasportatori) per il rispetto dei livelli di servizio richiesti.
