Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities

  • You act as administrative and organizational support for sales
  • You assist in the processing of public tenders
  • You are responsible for creating and maintaining offer templates and standard offers
  • You are responsible for entering and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
  • You create key figures using the CRM system and support in sales controlling
  • You correspond with prospects and customers
  • You assist with visitor management
Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • You have very good German and English skills
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • You have a quick grasp and a very responsible, structured and reliable way of working
  • You have excellent communication skills, show high commitment and enjoy working in a team
