Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive support and supervision of apprentices, from the selection process to their final exams, following internal company guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for teaching and monitoring practical and theoretical training content according to the designated schedule.
  • You will also monitor the adherence to the company's training and rotation plans for our apprentices.
  • You will promote and develop the apprentices' technical, social, and personal skills.
  • You will participate in various events at schools, training fairs, and different projects.
  • You will also contribute to the continuous development of the training concept and processes, with a focus on new technologies and the advancing digitalization.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist, industrial mechanic, or mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification, and have several years of experience in your chosen profession.
  • A master's/technician's degree or a comparable qualification.
  • Additional training as an electrical specialist according to DGUV V3 is desirable.
