Special Education Teacher (m/f/d) in Early Intervention
Part-time or full-time with 19.5 to 39 hours per week, permanent

Your main responsibility will be the special education development support for children with developmental delays and/or impending disabilities from birth to school entry, with the goal of self-determined participation in the child's relevant areas of life.

Your tasks

You conduct a comprehensive needs assessment using various developmental diagnostic tools and create individual support and treatment plans.
You design the individual process of special education development support in a 1:1 setting.
You develop individual educational concepts and implement the resulting educational measures in close interdisciplinary coordination with therapeutic professionals.
You maintain a trusting relationship with the parents and other caregivers of the child.
You work closely with our interdisciplinary team and exchange information with network partners such as pediatricians and preschools.
