    Our fast-growing team is looking for a multi-talented Marketing Coordinator with a specialization in digital marketing. This is a full-time hybrid role. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Experience Officer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's narrative, enhancing our digital presence, supporting event execution, and driving effective marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and acquisition. You will be responsible for day-to-day marketing tasks, including communication strategies, sales support, event planning, writing marketing content, and project management.

    PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Content Strategy and Creation

    • Collaborate with senior management and outside agencies to support our website design, digital content marketing, and print collateral.
    • Develop an intimate understanding of our brand message and tone to accurately capture it in digital and print marketing campaigns.
    • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your communications expertise and eye for great design.
    • Play a role in email marketing campaigns, both nurturing campaigns and monthly eNewsletters, by selecting stories and aiming to grow our subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that's in-tune with their needs.
    • Assist with social media content posts to keep engagement going with the external community of both customers and prospects.

    Demand & Lead Generation (Direct or through Channel)

    • Collaborate with senior management and the sales teams for demand generation — inbound and outbound — and to nurture leads, driving high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition.
    • Assist in creating and supporting a lead generation machine with nurture campaigns that warm prospects up before turning the quality leads over to sales.
    • Have an understanding of paid social content amplification to help plan and execute weekly paid content strategy.
    • Assist senior management and outside agencies with the research, generation, and tracking of keywords to match relevant content pages for SEO and PPC campaigns.
    • Assist senior management and outside agencies in overseeing digital advertising campaigns across search, social, and display-ad channels, which includes remarketing efforts.
    • Use marketing automation, with audience segmentation that allows us to speak more directly to prospects.

    Creative, events, PR, and related MarCom Functions

    • Work with senior management to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events from boat show participation, promotion yacht cruises, and cocktail parties.
    • Participate in various boat shows, private cocktail cruises, member socials, other sponsored networking events
    • Attend industry events and gatherings to build a strong professional network and stay informed about industry trends.
    • Represent the company as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador of our luxury yachting membership club and hospitality services.

    Product & Customer Marketing (upsell, renewal, churn reduction)

    • Support our customer experience and customer success teams by assisting with content creation and copy for customer retention, referral, and expansion campaigns.
    • Work with the sales team, current members, EY yacht crew, and EY staff to promote member referral programs.
    • Help coordinate the creation and promotion of customer testimonials and reviews.
    • Educate our customer base about our ever-expanding fleet offerings through customer-focused content, social media monitoring, and more

    Analytics & Operations (database marketing and related marketing tech)

    • Help maintain prospect database by following the HubSpot CRM system functionality standards to stay organized and generate actionable insights.
    • Track, measure, and report on marketing and campaign effectiveness and adjust programs and strategies as necessary.
    • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
    • Continually assess, clarify, and validate strategy and process.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • University degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of professional experience in luxury yachting, luxury travel, or hospitality marketing with a track record of success consistently delivering against marketing KPI targets.
    • Strong understanding of the luxury market and the ability to anticipate client needs.
    • Experience in luxury cruise, private aviation, or luxury resort marketing, direct or via travel partners, is a major plus. Yachting industry experience and knowledge is preferred.
    • Strong and versatile writing skills — short- and long-form, creative, copywriting, email marketing, etc. — and ability to match our voice.
    • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software - Sales Hub and Marketing Hub - is a must.
    • Proficiency in Canva is preferred. Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus but not required.
    • Social media marketing experience: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook required.
    • Strong technical literacy and proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Groups, etc), Microsoft Office, Zoom, and collaboration tools such as Slack is a must.
    • Proficiency with WordPress CMS is a must. Some HTML knowledge is preferred but not required.
    • Experience with Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social, Paid Display, and Programmatic campaign execution and monitoring is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
    • Basic graphic editing skills. (Canva)
    • Ability to work with a variety of teams on quick-turnaround projects is essential.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple teams/contacts.
    • Demonstrated passion for boating, luxury yachting, and experiences at sea preferred.
    • Ability to travel as needed, especially within South Florida and the Northeast U.S.

    LOCATION

    This role is categorized as a hybrid position with occasional travel to Exclusive Yachts' corporate offices in Naples, FL. Being based in South Florida is imperative. Preferred markets: Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Fort Myers, Tampa / St Pete, West Palm Beach, Miami, or somewhere in between.
