- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including counseling, performance management, and termination decisions.
- Manage payroll operations efficiently.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Continuously scout for top talent to build a talent pipeline for future growth.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures, and assisting managers in resolving personnel issues.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Manage all employee benefit programs, including the Wellness Program.
- Assist in the development and updating of company HR policies and procedures.
- Update and create job descriptions as needed.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations for all positions within the company.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory accurately.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
- SPHR/PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
- $70,000-$75,000
