Job Summary:

Private Duty Home healthcare agency looking for a Care Manager to oversee the caregiving team (with a Human Resources component).

Must have a home health background. Responsibilities will include managing a team of caregivers and assisting in implementing an HR protocol for this service line, visiting clients and caregivers and doing rounds in the field as needed, working side by side with the other managers and their service lines to keep employees seamless in the field ; assistance with patient care coordination under the direction of management staff, including the Director of Nursing.

Must work from the office when not out in the field. The position of Home Health Care Human Resource Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Client Relations.


Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
