SUMMARY:
The Verification of Employment Representative (VOE) is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members.
The hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. This position will be fully remote.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately verify employment history for borrowers by following all policies and procedures
- Analyze data to spot anomalies with the returned verifications.
- Respond to incoming calls and erequests timely and accurately.
- Meet productivity and quality goals set by the department.
- Follows all workflows and appropriately document orders.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer calls/electronic requests.
- Assists other team members as needed.
- Participates in skills training, as requested.
- Adheres to, and maintains compliance with, all Federal, State, and local laws and Universal policies and procedures.
- Ensures safety and confidentiality of Employees, property, and data.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS?
Traditional office environment with?low-to-moderate office noise (computers,?phones,?and business conversations).? This position will be remote.
