    Optimum Human is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Center Specialist to join our team.

    As a Business Development Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat

    Qualify leads and gather necessary information to identify potential opportunities

    Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process

    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and personalized follow-ups

    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion

    Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

    Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
