- Oversee the operations of the firm to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that encompass M&A activities, Real Estate management, and Finance operations.
- Lead and coordinate M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post-merger integration, aligning with the firm's strategic goals.
- Manage the firm's insurance requirements and risk management, ensuring comprehensive coverage in all necessary areas
- Work with finance Leadership to optimize the firm's financial performance and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to operations, M&A, real estate, insurance, and financial practices.
- Manage the firm's facilities, including but not limited to office space planning, maintenance, and negotiating leases, and landlord relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in operational management, with a background in CPA or professional services firms.
- Proven experience with M&A activities and understanding the associated financial, legal, and operational implications.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and risk management, particularly as they relate to the professional services industry.
- Proven track record in managing operations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-relevant software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
