    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

    As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
    • Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
    • Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments to vendors
    • Prepare financial forecasts and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Perform accrual accounting and maintain accurate financial records
    • Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Demonstrate strong financial acumen and provide insights on financial performance
    • Conduct account analysis to identify areas for improvement or costsaving opportunities
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes
    • Oversee the management of all operational functions of assigned revenue centers, including profitability, sales and COS, finance.

    Skills:

    • Proven experience in risk analysis, cost control, and accounts payable management
    • Strong forecasting skills to accurately predict financial outcomes
    • Proficiency in accrual accounting principles and practices
    • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
    • Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
    • Strong account analysis skills to identify trends and patterns
    • Exceptional report writing skills to communicate financial information effectively
    • Familiarity with financial services industry standards and practices

    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.


    2+ years' experience in the Financial / Accounting industry in a supervisory or management role or an equivalent combination is preferred.

    Prior experience in the amusement/theme park industry or high-volume tourist-based entertainment venue is a plus.

    From $85,000.00 per year
