We are looking for a Full-Time Account Manager that brings to the team an Energetic personality, with a demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with customers in a service-oriented setting.

Responsibilities IncludeInside sales including lead qualification, price estimating, quote generation, program & service questions, and account setupCustomer Service tasks such as service questions and issues, maintaining up-to-date account information, and billing and payment processingCoordination with field operations to ensure a seamless customer experienceIdentify and proactively look for solutions to correct customer concerns and issuesDevelop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement on customer accountsResponsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy with customersAssist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as neededExcellent communication skills (verbal and written).Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
