    The Role


    As the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the long-term strategic distribution and growth of the brand within the independent account base.

    You will lead and manage The Field sales Team through strong processes and goal alignment to achieve financial targets and strategic goals.

    Collaborates across both internal and external teams with a high level of patience and professionalism to ensure the needs of the current business are met while maintaining our strategic focus for the future.

    Your Impact

    The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

    Manage the independent Sales Force via strong process and communication.

    Partners with Sales Representatives to develop and maintain business relationships with current account base as well as to help drive growth with existing account base by identifying new business opportunities and strategies.

    Maintains regular daily or weekly contact with Sale Representatives within the assigned territory.

    Works with the field Sales Team to ensure brand/distribution strategies are being executed and that required information (sales updates, product/customer insights, forecasts, etc.) is being provided accurately and on time to Sales leadership.

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
    Strong Sales, Operations and Marketing Experience
    Proven people and process management experience
    Proven track record of delivering results according to sales and financial plans
    Ability to see the overall picture of the sales process and assist with the day-to-day account
    Knowledge of current and future trends with the ability to guide and direct the business
    Footwear experience
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
    Outstanding follow through skills
    Passionate self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm, flexibility and ability to shift priorities as needed
    Excellent analytical skills and business acumen

    $110,000-$125,000


    The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location.

    Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
