Your tasks: Analysis, further development and optimization of sales control instruments and processes Definition, introduction and implementation as well as monitoring of KPIs for sales control and ongoing performance optimization Contact person and responsible for training for project-related topics in Schleswig-Holstein Support of regular planning and forecasting processes Implementation and support of sales-oriented project work Analysis of existing processes and sales drivers as well as support for the optimization of all marketing processes Your profile: Successfully completed commercial training First professional experience in sales as well as in process management or sales controlling Good knowledge and experience in working with Salesforce and proficient use of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets Precise analytical skills Assertiveness and a strong sense of prioritization and process development Structured and responsible way of working as well as a hands-on mentality What we offer: Location Discounted
