Training as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) at Becker

Do you enjoy communicating with people, have a confident demeanor, and are interested in business processes? Then apply for our training program as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) at Becker. During your training, you will gain experience in various departments of an industrial company, such as purchasing, human resources, sales, and financial accounting. You will also get insights into production and logistics processes and learn how to independently use our IT systems.

Your tasks will include:

In the human resources department, you will assist with personnel recruitment by posting job advertisements and supporting us with social media activities. You will also help us with payroll accounting and gain insights into tax and social security law as well as labor law.

In our financial accounting department, you will handle payment transactions, check and book business transactions.

In sales, you will be responsible for creating offers and maintaining contact with our customers and suppliers.

Throughout your training, you will also work on smaller projects independently and take on responsibility for them.
