- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and referring quality applicants for various positions.
- Develop and maintain a qualified candidate pool for Troon facilities worldwide.
- Utilize sourcing and candidate methodologies, processes, and practices to facilitate outstanding client service.
- Accurately post and audit opportunity postings on various channels including Linkedin, UKG, Indeed, GCSAA, Turfnet, HCareers, and more.
- Manage background check processing.
- Work closely with hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners to assess needs and establish a recruiting strategy.
- Generate and screen candidates, utilizing a wide and expanding variety of sourcing techniques.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events to foster external relationships and promote a strong employer brand.
- Present opportunities within the organization to schools and universities.
- Coordinate interviews and communications with candidates.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Compile various email campaigns, new position openings, and welcome emails.
- Monitor candidate experience including external emailing, informing on application status, and seamless processing.
- Participate in HR-related functions and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 year of related experience.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Proven track record in developing internal and external partnerships.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the golf, hospitality, and retail industries is a plus.
