POSITION:
Recruiting Coordinator

- Develop strategy for expanding our appraisal coverage by sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and qualifying appraisal companies through cold calling, networking, internet, etc.
- Develop relationships with our vendor partners
- Coach vendor partners in our company's philosophy of service excellence
- Verification of state licenses, certificate of insurance, etc.
What You Have:
- Computer literate; Salesforce experience preferred
- Must be a selfstarter, focused, organized and have excellent follow through
- Exceptional negotiation skills to optimize savings
- 2 years+ previous recruiting/sales experience
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree
- Knowledge of vehicle and property appraisals preferred
Pay:
$40, $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
