POSITION:
Recruiting Coordinator

What You'll Do:

• Develop strategy for expanding our appraisal coverage by sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and qualifying appraisal companies through cold calling, networking, internet, etc.
• Develop relationships with our vendor partners
• Coach vendor partners in our company's philosophy of service excellence
• Verification of state licenses, certificate of insurance, etc.

What You Have:

• Computer literate; Salesforce experience preferred
• Must be a selfstarter, focused, organized and have excellent follow through
• Exceptional negotiation skills to optimize savings
• 2 years+ previous recruiting/sales experience
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree
• Knowledge of vehicle and property appraisals preferred

Pay:
$40, $52,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
