Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a current awareness of the open positions for field staff in collaboration with staffing department
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned
- Follow and promote the Compliance Plan
- Establish community involvement which would promote recruiting goals
- Achieve recruiting goals as set up monthly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Experience in training development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Pay:
$40, $54,152.83 per year
